Sunset Coast Plaza is a three-building, 102,000 square foot class A office project located on the beach at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and the Pacific Coast Highway in the Pacific Palisades area of West Los Angeles. The three buildings on the 1.6 acre site are integrated by open air plazas and a 446 space multi-level parking facility. Common area and lobby renovations were completed in 2001. The smallest of the three buildings is a popular location of Spectrum, one of the leading health and fitness clubs in Los Angeles.
